Prayer can take on many appearances, ranging from meditation to the recitation of inspiring words, to fasting, to chanting, to art, dancing, song or more. Prayer, in its highest form, silences the chattering of the mind and alerts us to the voice of the God within, allows us to feel the embrace of God surrounding us, and allows us to sense the love of God that resides in and through us. Prayer is God’s breathing in us.
It has been said that prayer is a great adventure because the God with whom we enter into a new relationship is greater than we are and defies all our calculations and predictions.
“Pray to receive great truth; Pray to humble your spirit; Pray to manage your destiny. Keep your essence laden with inspiration to bring forth the mysteries of abundance.”
Brain Entrainment is a phrase that sounds daunting and overly medicalzed. This could not be further from
the truth. Brain Entrainment is simply the act of encouraging a change in brain wave frequencies. This is something that happens naturally and can be fostered and developed for better health and peace of mind.
The process of moving the brain waves to lower frequencies is known as brain entrainment. It is accomplished primarily through meditation and focus on tasks in which people are passionate.
Brains function on a daily basis at relatively high frequencies. When this is happening, it is difficult for the various parts of the brain to synchronize and communicate. Instead, such focus in daily tasks actually uses minimal amounts of the human brain’s capacity.
Here I am going to put on three easy meditation steps, this will help you to learn meditation in a very easy way.
Mini-Meditation - This is the easiest and quickest of the three. Just find a quiet place and stop any time
during your day to take several deep slow breaths. Close your eyes and let the tension drain from your body as you breathe deeply through your nose. A minute later you are done.
Breath Watching - This is another easy meditation techniques which you can use in any quiet place. This one will take about five to ten minutes though. Just as with the first, you can start by closing your eyes and breathing deeply through your nose. You should also release tension from your muscles as much as you can. Sometimes tensing them up and then releasing helps.
Use Brainwave Entrainment - Many years ago people noticed that certain music was conducive to a meditative state. It was later discovered that this was due to the effect the musical beats had on the brainwaves of the listener. Essentially, it slowed them down into the “alpha” state, which is associated with meditation – and passed through every time you go into deeper brainwave patterns and finally sleep.
