Losing weight through good carbs really good way to start my journey of losing those extra pounds. In principle, there are two types of carbohydrates, so that people can eat good carbs and bad carbs. If you want to be able to effectively lose weight, you should stay away from bad carbs, but only the good carbohydrates.

Another way that you can lose weight, replace foods that are bad carbohydrates with healthier and less fattening substitute. Instead of eating a slice of white bread, you can replace that with a slice of bread, thus still giving you the energy you need, but gives you more fiber, vitamins and minerals.

A good source for good carbohydrates are apples, beans, blueberries, celery, nuts, oatmeals and peanut butter, just to name a few. These sources of good carbohydrates should be included in your daily diet, because they do not make you gain weight faster because of the fact that they are loaded with fiber and low in calories.

Multivitamins who substitute items within these Superfood groups need to be careful to add ingredients that are near the top of each Superfood group. One brand in particular, Orovo multivitamin, stays within these narrow choices to provide you with the best multivitamin choice on the market. For instance, when they chose fiber from the Superfood list it was Alfalfa, Barley and Buckwheat that topped their ingredient list, all excellent high fiber ingredients. In the antioxidant group of Superfoods, Salmon is at the top of most scientific research and Orovo chose DMAE, a Salmon derived antioxidant for their multivitamins. In addition Orovo chose to go with Green Tea another chart topper in the list of cancer stopping antioxidants.

Careful scientific choices for optimal ingredients makes the difference between an average multivitamin and getting the best multivitamins for your continued health and well being.
